Upgrades to Payment Protection Claims Filing
With recent changes to our Payment Protection product, we now offer online claim submissions and status updates through our Payment Protection processor, Securian. Status updates regarding your claim can also be obtained by phone once you pass a security verification.
How to start our new claim process online:
- Visit securian.com/benefits
- Select the "bank, credit union, finance company, mortgage company" button and follow the prompts to submit your claim online
How to start our new claim process by phone:
- Call the claim contact center at +interGlobeCalls
- A representative will assist you with filing your claim
How to start our new claim process on a protected Credit Card:
- Call +interGlobeCalls to speak with a Unicom Savings Bank representative
No matter how your claim is submitted, you'll be notified if it is approved, denied or if more information is needed. Even though you've submitted a Payment Protection claim, continue making your payments until a claim decision is communicated to you. After reporting a claim, access your claim information and status at securian.com/benefits or by calling +interGlobeCalls.
